OxCreek Tactical, Inc. is a family-owned manufacturer in Oswego County, New York. We design and build custom Kydex® and Boltaron® sheaths for knife companies, producing tens of thousands every year, and we make the CNC-cut molds and router trim jigs that other Kydex® makers rely on.

Every order is built by people who run the machines themselves, owner included.

Design

We model your sheath in 3D CAD around your specific knife and send the design for approval.

Sample

We machine a sample mold and send you a finished sample sheath for final approval.

Tooling

Production molds, trim fixtures, and assembly jigs are CNC-machined in our own shop.

Production

Your sheaths are formed, trimmed, assembled, and shipped, each one matching the approved sample.
